Tuesday Night at the Commons

The Software Quality Institute initiated an exciting community-based project for Austin's software professionals called "Tuesday Night at the Commons" (TNC). As an outreach effort of the College of Engineering to promote a professional community, TNC is held Tuesday nights at the J.J. Pickle Research Campus Commons Building and offers a weekly forum for these individuals to meet with peers in a non-competitive environment. Participants learn about emerging topics, have dinner together, and network with colleagues. Organizations are encouraged to hold their industry-related meetings at TNC, attend SQI sponsored events, and are invited to serve as corporate supporters for the weekly events.
