Software Cycle Time Improvement & Software Scheduling

Description

This course will provide students with an overview of cycle time reduction techniques and an overview of schedule estimation with an introduction to schedule management techniques.

Objective:

To show how to reduce and manage schedules using cycle time reduction techniques. Additionally, students will learn how to develop a software schedule and to introduce schedule management techniques.

Prerequisites:

Participants should have project experience and be familiar with the basic techniques of software scheduling and software development.
