Recent press as seen in the Engineering Management Society Newsletter

The Engineering Leadership Institute certificate program is designed for engineers who have become first-time managers – of projects or people. We know that jump from being a technical individual contributor to strategic manager requires a different skill set. The Engineering Leadership Institute is your answer – with just the right mix of lecture and interactive sessions to give you exceptional tools for success!

Program

The Engineering Leadership Institute certificate program helps you develop the skills required to successfully manage projects and people. Certification

During the course, each student will complete two projects for certification: a Communications Plan and a Risk Management Plan. When you receive a passing grade, The University of Texas at Austin will certify you as an Engineering Leadership Institute member.
