The Engineering Leadership Institute certificate program is designed for engineers who have become first-time managers – of projects or people. We know that jump from being a technical individual contributor to strategic manager requires a different skill set. The Engineering Leadership Institute is your answer – with just the right mix of lecture and interactive sessions to give you exceptional tools for success!
