We know that jump from being a technical individual contributor to strategic manager requires a different skill set. The Engineering Leadership Institute is your answer – with just the right mix of lecture and interactive sessions to give you exceptional tools for success!

The Engineering Leadership Institute certificate program helps you develop the skills required to successfully manage projects and people. This program includes an initial intensive training week as well as three follow-up sessions every three months over a two-year period. These recurring 1.5 day meetings are customized to your changing needs as you advance in your career.
