Instructions for Authors

Please consult the conference web site at: http://www.iemc07.org for general information on submission of final manuscripts and registration. Check the site frequently for updates on the conference including final program schedule and other important information. IEMC 2007 Call for Papers.

Poster Session Instructions

At this time, please note the following important information:

1) There are two options for having your paper included in the published proceedings.

  • a) You must register for the conference and attend in order to present your paper.

  • b) You must register for the conference and have your paper presented as a Poster Session. You do not need to attend the conference, but you will need to provide the Poster Session materials. Please specify with your submission that you wish to have your paper be presented as a Poster Session.

2) Please register early (no later than 15 June 2007) in order to assure your paper appears in the proceedings (and to save $100-$150 in registration fees). We regret that we cannot offer complimentary registration to speakers, but please note that you are receiving full value of attendance and access to all conference activities.

3) You will have 20 minutes to present your paper and 10 minutes for questions and answers.

4) Format your manuscript using the template provided as TRANS-JOUR.doc. Please note that a final copy of your paper should be typed in Microsoft ® Word ™ .

5) Email your manuscript to manuscripts@iemc07.org before the manuscript due date (15 June 2007).

6) You will also be required to sign a copyright release form to accompany your final manuscript submission. Print, sign and mail your copyright release form to Mr. John Purvis john.purvis@ieee.org the Proceedings Chair, 1405 Lime Rock, Round Rock, TX 78681 USA. By 15 June 2007.

7) You will be responsible for your own expenses in traveling to or attending the conference and for making all your own reservations for both lodging and travel.
