The Austin City Limits Music Festival is taking place October 3-5 and October 10-12. Due to the high volume of hotel occupancy between these two weekends, you MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE BEFORE booking your hotel accommodations.

Payment is required at registration in US Dollars (USD) to the order of GHGT-12, c/o The University of Texas at Austin and remitted as follows:
If the University of Texas receives the completed registration form, including registration fees before September 8, 2014, written confirmation of registration will be emailed to the Conference participant. Registrations received after September 8, 2014 may not receive written confirmation due to delay in processing. Registration made after October 3, 2014 may lead to minor delays at the registration desk in connection with the issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any error, please contact The Center for Lifelong Engineering Education at the University of Texas at Austin in writing immediately.
In the event that The Center for Lifelong Engineering Education at the University of Texas at Austin has not received your full payment for the Conference fee and/or related events/tours before September 8, 2014 ordered events/tours inclusive free events may be cancelled without any further notice. The cancelled events/tours can be re-booked and paid on-site if space is available.
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference or any associated events will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of $150 provided that written notice of non-attendance (by letter, fax or email) is received on or before September 20, 2014. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after this date.
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference or any associated events can transfer their registration to another person at no cost provided that written notice of non-attendance (by letter, fax or email) is received on or before August 15, 2014. Any registration transfers after August 15, 2014 will require a written notice of non-attendance (by letter, fax or email) and will incur a processing fee of $50. There is no deadline for registration transfers.
