Ross Baldick

Ross Baldick is Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas. Professor Baldick's research focuses on the interplay between engineering constraints and economics in electricity markets. He received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Sydney, Australia and his MS and PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
