Steven Teleki Steven Teleki is a software development manager & mentor. He is Vice President for Software Engineering at Y&L Consulting, a company offering software development services to enterprise Clients. Steve has over 17 years of experience in the software industry; has worked on software that was released to over 40 million customers worldwide; has a US Patent. He is passionate about solving problems with great software on a schedule and budget that makes the project successful. He focuses on understanding, measuring, and improving individual, team, and organizational software development performance. Steve is also the Chairman of the IEEE Computer Society, Austin Chapter.
