Bakul Banerjee, Ph. D.

For the past twenty one years, Dr. Bakul Banerjee worked mainly for the U.S. Department of Energy as scientist and system engineer, being stationed at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory and Argonne National Laboratory, both at Illinois, and at Gaseous Centrifuge Uranium Enrichment Plant at Piketon, Ohio. Other experiences include telecommunication software development. During this period, she has been actively involved with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) as a working member of the Technical Committee Software Engineering. On behalf of IEEE, she serves as a Program Evaluator for the Accreditation Board of Engineering Technology. She has a Ph.D degree in Geophysics from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland.
