Rod Ibieta Ph. D.

Rod Ibieta is a senior program manager at the Intel Corporation. He has worked with the company since 1991, managing a variety of projects and programs centered mainly on training and leadership development. He is also an associate Professor of Education at Arizona State University. Dr. Ibieta holds degrees from the University of Chile, Johns Hopkins University and Arizona State University. In 2004, he was awarded the US Army’s Medal for Distinguished Civilian Service for his work in helping the US Army optimize its distance learning systems. He currently lives in Tempe, Arizona with his wife and two teenage children.
