Full-paying registrants are entitled to the following:
- All conference sessions unless indicated
- Welcome Reception (August 10 from 5:30pm - 7:00pm)

- CD-ROM of Conference Proceedings
Conference Proceedings
Hard copy - $30
Extra CD-ROM - $15
All attendees will receive the conference proceedings on CD-ROM. The hard copy version of the proceedings is available for $30. Order hard copies by July 31 to receive it onsite. Any orders received after July 31 will be mailed after August 11th. Additional copies of the CD-ROM can be purchased for $15.
Cancellation policy
A full refund, less a $100.00 processing fee, will be given for all cancellations or transfers if notification is received on or before two weeks prior to the beginning of the course. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions may be made anytime prior to the first day of class. The CLEE programs are subject to cancellation if too few people enroll, in which case a full refund will be given.
