Paul J. Breaux

Paul Breaux is manager of the Integrate Systems Section in the Software Engineering Department of the Signal Exploitation and Geolocation Division at the Southwest Research Institute. He has been a software engineering manager, including system operations and applications programming, for 28 years. Paul has managed software engineering initiatives in both government and commercial sectors. He has also been an instructor in college level software engineering courses. He has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Paul is currently a doctorial student in Leadership Studies at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
