About EMC 2005

IEEE-UT’s sixth annual Engineering Management Conference brings together the best of academia and industry for an exciting exchange on "Managing in Uncertain Times". Conference topics will focus on mergers & acquisitions, diversification, security, layoffs, risks, trusted intermediaries, and international standards. A powerhouse of case studies, best practices, and panel discussion from a full spectrum of industries, organizations, and reference points will be showcased. The final result will be a working knowledge of how engineers can best align their current work practices to better meet the demands of the future.

Who Should Attend This Conference? This conference is designed for engineers who have or are moving into technical proficiencies, interpersonal skills, and leadership responsibilities within their respective discipline areas and are actively involved in the process of organizational change, development, and group dynamics.
