Bipolar Device Physics and Process Integration
Delivery method: 8 hours of lecture with classroom and homework problems.
Students should bring a calculator to class.
Target audience: Engineers interested in bipolar design, testing and
processing
Course description: This course will provide an overview of bipolar junction
transistor device physics and processing. The course will describe the
operation and design issues of BJTs, point out applications and discuss the
process integration issues.
