The University of Texas' Software Quality Institute and Bridge 360 invite you to an exciting seminar on globalization. This evening event will quickly and easily provide an overview of what you need to know to create global software. Specifically, Project Managers will learn how to deliver global software using a global software methodology. Case studies will cover the roles and responsibilities of each functional area involved in the software development process, as well as creation and management of a globalization plan, best practices, common risks and mitigation techniques, how to work with third parties, and tips for expanding existing product development processes to include global deliverables. Software Developers will learn how to write software that runs in international environments.
